cam help!!!
long story short i need to find the number on my cam so i can look up the specs and match a stall converter to it. i pulled everything off the front got the timing chain off and no number. my question is should i pull the entire cam out and look for the number? theres gotta be a number on it somewhere right? please help!!

Aftermarket cams have their grind number on the back journal. Gotta pull the cam to read it.

yeah i kinda figured this. i have a comp thumpr cam and they stamp the number right on the end where the timing chain goes. wish all companies would do this!!!
