Anyone use Rod Doors.com door panels

Has anyone used the Rod Doors door panels and other interior products in their 67-72 truck? I was curious as to the quality, fit and finish and overall appearance.

I believe Rod Doors just sells you the pattern. You have to make the panels yourself.

Re: Anyone use Rod Doors.com door panels

I used door panels, a headliner, and the A piller covers from Rod Doors. The quality was top notch.

70GMCer is incorrect, Rod Doors makes products premolded for the 67-72 Chevy/GMC trucks.

Re: Anyone use Rod Doors.com door panels

I plan on using their products in the 68 when I put it all together. I have a friend that used their stuff in a 66 Chevy truck and it is well built and easy to work with. He attached all of his stuff with a heavy duty 3M plastic lock (velcro) clips. This stuff will hold a lot of weight and there were no screws or tabs to fight. Clean work.

I met the owner a couple of years ago at Kool April Nites. Very nice smart guy. Their products looked first rate. I believe you can glue fabric or leather to the panels to custumize them.

I was looking into his door panels about a 1 1/2 years ago.
I saw them on ebay. I emailed him, and he got right back to me.
Now I see he's not on Ebay and his Website looks like it hasn't been updated in awhile.
When I tried to e-mail him, from the link on his page, it came up blank.
Anyone have any contact info, so I can get in touch with him?

Re: Anyone use Rod Doors.com door panels

I think they went out of business a while ago and someone else bought the patterns, havent heard from them in at least a couple years.
