My 72 blazer has the frame horns that turn downwards at the back. Will that affect the CPP c-notch?

Does the application show to fit a Blazer? If not, it probably doesn't fit. I know the rear of the 73-82 Blazer frames is different from 73-87 trucks. I am pretty sure that the same goes for 69-72 Blazers.
