Check your ground inside, (best to run all stereo components to one ground to instead of separate, if possible, less likely to have problems)
Also, check the grounds in the engine compartment. There should be one from the cab to the engine, and one from the cab to the frame. One to the frame could be broke, or not getting a good contact and causing it to ground thru the engine.
