I noticed on the back cover or my classic truck mag this advertiser. I have not heard much of vendor on this site. Why is that?

Re: http://www.brotherstrucks.com/
I use Classic Parts, used to be Chevy Duty, I have always had very good customer service and a very fair price. Best to call and verify parts in stock as it would be with any mail order/internet company though.

I've nver used brothers before, I usually use LMC so long as classic parts (or whatever its called, out of kansas city) isn't cheaper. But I've had great experiences with both of those.

Re: http://www.brotherstrucks.com/
I’ve never been able to buy anything from Brothers. They are the classic truck price leaders, charging more for comparable parts than any other supplier. Always on a budget, I have to shop for better bargains. I've only purchased from LMC once for the same reason. I primarily use Classic Parts, quality parts, good service, and consistently low pricing.

Re: http://www.brotherstrucks.com/
I have ordered catalogues from them twice and never got them. If they can't even get that straight I think I'll stick with Classic Parts.

Re: http://www.brotherstrucks.com/
I just ordered Brother's catalog last night. I received 2 emails saying they received the request. guess Ill wait and see if they come. My neighbor ordered some parts and a catalog, the parts came but no catalog. You can download a catalog when you order a hard copy.
I like Classic Truck although they were $2.00 higher on some specific parts.

Re: http://www.brotherstrucks.com/
I ordered window rubbers for my suburban and when I got them I wasn't happy. They were a long straight piece of generic window rubber, I called and asked how I was supposed to make a 120 degree bend and the answer was ,mitre it. Yeah right, I tossed them in the garbage and have not bought from them since, nor will I ever again.

Re: http://www.brotherstrucks.com/
I see that you live in FL. Just a heads-up from personal experience; their shipping charges are very high to the east coast. So, when you compare price, remember to check shipping charges.

Re: http://www.brotherstrucks.com/
I'm in Idaho and I know their shipping charges are too high to here. You might find a few things cheaper with them, but I have never found my entire order to be cheaper with them and I have always found the shipping to be more. I usually check several companies and have only ordered from them a couple of times. The second time I paid $800 for two NOS front fenders (about 6 years ago) and they kept my money for about 4 months before I told them to refund me. I wasn't complaining about the price, just keeping my money without making good on their delivery. They were prompt in the refund.
