Sub woofer Center consoles...

Ok. This cant be that hard...I've been looking everywhere and I can't seem to find a place to buy a center console that can house my MTX Thunder 8500 12". I'm looking for sub box & cup holders only. Converting to bucket seats when I find a box. Anybody have any ideas?

Re: Sub woofer Center consoles...

You need storage space in the console at all? Consoles are much easier to build than alot of people think... I'm working on plans for one right now for a single IDmax12.

Re: Sub woofer Center consoles...

center console sub boxes can be made fairly easy and usually make for a decent sounding substage.

Re: Sub woofer Center consoles...

Its super hard to build one in the complex I live in. No garages. This is why im looking to buy as opposed to fabricate. Im perfectly capable of making one which it seems like im going to have to do...

Re: Sub woofer Center consoles...

if your really set on buying one you can go to best buy and buy an inclosure. but i advise give a stereo shop the specs and say just build me an average box or whatever. thatway it will fit proper and look like you didnt just toss one in
