Anyone have any info on this homemade panel?

Found this photo on the internet, but just this one,and I cant find any other info..

Odd, but I think pretty original

I saw that at the GoodGuys show in Columbus Ohio. It was for sale on a trailer and the owner wanted a lot for it. All I know is it was on an S10 frame, had a SBC and was just stitch welded together. I don't know if it started as an actual panel though because the back end is the back of a pickup cab with pickup taillights molded in.

That thing is crazy....I saw it when it was on e-bay a while back.....and yes I admittttt to bidding on it...what a cool way to do a build something I have never seen before. Would really like to see it finished
