Re: What did you do to your truck today!

Nasty day around here today. Yesterday was beautiful, but a bad day for the wrenching. As I was installing and trying to adjust the linkage on the T350,
I found out the steering column I'd painted and otherwise massaged is full of enough slop as to not let "Park" be "Park"....

I was able to make a radio block off for the newly painted dash. I made it out of a radio...I just applied a liberal amount of grinder with a cut-off blade and
a half a garbage can worth of '68 radio internals. I'm thinking about making a little plaque that will match the ignition indicator. It will say, "This Radio Does Not Work".

Even though it was a nice weather day yesterday that, by the end of the day had me pissed at more need for part$ I didn't count on (what's new about that?),
today working in the the nasty weather day yielded some good results. Adjusted the ECE adjustable pan hard bar (I have about 3/8" equally between the inside of the wheel tub and the tires riding on 20 x 10's),
and tightened down the rest of the rear suspension parts.

Installed the rear roll pan, and mounted the passenger door.
