Yes, well there are stacked blocks on the rear with the wrong U BOLTS, they used the square Ubolts instead of the round ones that belongs on there. The front, they added springs to the evidently rearched original springs again with the square Ubolts. The passengerside has a gap between the spring perch and spring pack, that wont close. and the steering gear box is bad as is the upper and lower ball joints on both sides. Other than that Its great

Re: Pictures

Check for frame cracks at the steering box while you are in there. Check with ORD, the make a plate to strengthen the area, and a steering box brace. Nice looking truck, I had a black 82 3/4 ton.

Re: Pictures

The frame is still good and strong no cracks. This thing has the HYDRO-ASSIST steering and brakes so I dont have to have a brake booster. sure glad of that, I just have to make sure I use good belts on it.

Re: Pictures

Well its fixed and rides SOOOO much better and steers normal. I need to ditch the 315's on here and get some 285's (33) also need to do something with the rims, makes the truck look bad. Now working on the wiring to get the original gauges working and such, then start on the interior, kind ugly right now and seat to bouncy. Gonna see if I can get the seat recusioned with foam or something. Cant seem to find a seat from a newer (88+ ) year
