Help!!! can't find a short wide box for my project '67 2wd. I have a '72 swb 2wd chassis done, & a rust free cab & frt clip. Including a rust free long box, steel floor, & i am experienced body man, but wondering how many surprises i will incur when cutting down my box.

I would look at the projects and builds forum. There are quite a few there that have done it.

Thanks for the input guys! I did check out pics on jht67's site, & was very helpful. My box is just as clean & would be a good candidate. I hate to cut up such a good box, but i deal with a/m sheet metal in my restoration shop, & it would take as much bodywork to straighten a/m as to shorten my box. I do think i will check into a wood floor instead. i believe that my floor braces will work with wood floor. Any input? Any other pics of same procedure would be appreciated.Thanks.
