Thanks everybody.

I had a Black 1986 GMC from 1988 to 1998, it had about 150,000 miles on it. My Dad had this trunk, a 1986 Silverado with about 60,000 miles onit.

He 30 years in with Love Cheverolet and they gave him a truck so I sold Blackey and bought Baby from him in 1998. She's got about 113,000 miles on her.

The helper springs have been removed and it has rear air shocks to lower the back to even with the front. I nned to replace the air shocks because they are leaking.

Nice truck. Welcome to the fold. Be prepared to lower you truck at least another 4" all around, build at least a 383 small block, and spend another $2000 in assorted parts you dont need. Now I know what your thinking, "I dont want all that"

Well that dosent matter. Everyone else wants you to have that, so you must. Trust me. Just give us 6months to work on you

Thanks and that ain't gonna happen.:p

It ain't going no lower and as much as I'd like a 383 Stroker , I can hardly afford gas for the 305 that's in it now.

I have been entertaining the idea of a cowl induction hood, though.
