If they were for 15" wheels I'd be all over them, but they are for 3/4 or 1 ton it looks. Or am I wrong? I did measure the dog dishes I have that I know are off a 15", and they are much smaller in diameter.

if they have a GM part number on them then they are OEM. If not, then they're not. Easy as that
