Hello! '71 K20 Custom Deluxe
Hi All! I am brand new to this forum, even though i have been lurking around as a guest for a while. I own a 1971 Chevrolet K20 Custom deluxe. My grandfather bought it new in 1970, and its been in my family ever since. Its always been a farm/fishing vehicle though, so it has some of the normal problems associated with a vehicle of its type. Heres a video- I know it seems like its aimed at non-owners, and thats because it is an intro video to my 11th grade project.
Enjoy! Its obviously a WIP. Yes, yes i know i sound like a 12 year old, but im not. I am 16! Oh if this is in the wrong area, please feel free to delete/move it, i am new here |

Nice truck, lucky to have something like that in the family for that long! Good luck with your project! I remember being your age on these kinds of forums and people saying man you make me feel old. I'll be 25 next week and with two kids and a wife I'm starting to feel old already!
Take it easy.

Re: Hello! '71 K20 Custom Deluxe
Thanks for the welcome! Oh yes, its getting a total frame off! I just got a 72 C10 Cheyenne for parts. For FREE! I will be posting a video of that soon, its got the sweetest running 350 I have ever heard. My buddies dad wanted the thing out of his woods, so he just gave it to me!
EDIT- Can anyone tell me where I could get that color? I think its "medium green" but we have always called it seafoam
