Custom side trim
The truck I have has had all the holes filled for the trim but luckily they just filled the holes with a little filler and about a third of them are ready to fall out. It is a 65 SWB. I want to put the trim back on the truck. How hard is it to find the orignal stuff in good shape? Should I just start saving my money for a complete repro set?
Thanks Jimmy

Re: Custom side trim
I would say that finding a good used set of swb custom cab trim would not be easy to find.

Re: Custom side trim
the cab or the side ones? I have the phone number of a guy in PA who's got a set of original custom cab cab trim in great shape. I didn't buy them because I don't want them for my truck, but they should clean up pretty nicely
<eta> only the cab part, not the whole side trim parts Last edited by k1rodeoboater; 02-07-2011 at 01:22 AM. |

Re: Custom side trim
Well I need it all so real nice used stuff for the cab would be a good start if it is not higher than the pepro parts. If you can pass along the info on the cab trim it would get me a good start.
Thanks Jimmy
