Bench seat is dark red vinyl. It has two very small cuts, 1/4". sold
Wheel covers are for 15" standard wheels. Small dent in two of them. sold

would you be interested in pulling the cover from the seat and shipping it? if so I will pay asking price for seat and you can trash the frame and cushin. I just want the vinal cover. let me know.. thanks!
