You are right, I went and looked at it again. It looks like it's probably for a van.

The one that goes in the dash of a 67-72 is long and narrow, and that one looks square.

Re: NOS AM Radio

Upon further review, it may very well be a truck speaker,, still cool either way. Here's a pic of mine, that I didn't install along with the am/fm. Mine came from a '72 deluxe.

Re: NOS AM Radio

was looking at that earlier...pretty cool...will be interested to see what it fetches as "just" an AM.....can't imagine how high it would go if it was an NOS AM/FM

The only NOS AM/FM I 've ever seen went for $1600 on Ebay a few years back.

So, the one you pictured, is a truck speaker and the one on E.b. is a van speaker? Is that correct. I didn't know there was a difference. I'll need to know the differences if I get the right parts from swap meets and such (Puyallup is happening this weekend) Thanks for the pic. -John

Re: NOS AM Radio

John, the one selling with radio is not for a 67-72, the one in the pic you posted is.

Re: NOS AM Radio

Yes, thats correct, it looks alot like the truck speaker. But it is not. I know for a fact the picture i posted was from a '72 custom deluxe. The one on ebay looks like it is a little taller.
