Because AM ruled the waves back in the 70's.

Surprised you didn't say FM sucks anyway since you seem to think there is nothing NOT perfect about '67s! (Overlooking Big-Blocks, better Automatic transmissions, power steering that works, disc brakes, tilt columns and a few other things).

those are all very nice options but, ''better'' plastic door panels , a plastic grille insert those weren't needed its just more plastic .I dont think every thing is perfect about 67s .Heres what i think SUCKS about 67s: only am radio no fm optional,no real power steering,no big blocks (even though i like smll blocks a little bit better),every thing is bast@rd (one year only stuff ),no accesories in the ignition ,cr@ppy gas pedal,no disc brakes, no tilt . Thats what i think about 67s.... of course i have a 67 so i like them more than the other 5 years and you have a 69 72 model? so ther fore you probably like the year you have a little bit better ,and you dont like the 67s because no big blocks which is very understandable jim
i love mot of the 72 options and that is why my whole suspension is from a 72 swb 1/2 ton and that is also why i have tilt and soon to be a/c (even though you could get a/c on 67 s very little 67s have a/c which also SUCKS!)

Re: Am/fm radio

Sounds good, but I would need it to be verified working and have cleaned up pictures of the face before sending $350 for it....I'm sure you understand
