fenders together or not????????????

I am getting ready to hang the doors and fenders getting one more step closer... Should I join the inner fender to the outer fender or put the inner on after the outer is on. What's the best way to do it?? thanks Craig

Re: fenders together or not????????????

i pit my inners on top f my tires then put the fenders on. lined them up to the doors, cowl, and hood. then lifted them up and bolted them on. it was pretty easy.

Re: fenders together or not????????????

i personally thought it was easier to put the inner fender on the fender and then put them on together....just make sure not to scratch anything

x2. I find it is much easier to adjust the panels that way. The inner fender has no effect on alignment and makes it more awkward to me.
