T-Shirt Weather!!!

Well it was in the high 40's here in Minnesota today so I scraped the melt off the driveway as best I could in my t-shirt and pulled the truck out of the garage to run a while. It's always to get her out and runnin... and gives me an opportunity to get at stuff packed in behind her all winter. (as you can tell half of my garage is in her bed too)

I'm jealous of you southern boys that can drive yours year round, but with days like today I know spring is just around the corner!

Re: T-Shirt Weather!!!

I did yard work in shorts and tee shirt today, we were in the mid 60's, quite a bit cooler than last week (mid 70's). Supposed to be cold and rainy all of this week though.

Thanks! It looks pretty cold, but in reality 40's is 50+ degrees warmer than it was about 5 days ago so it feels like florida

The only trouble is next week it will be 20s for highs again and all frozen. The snow pack doesn't help either...in the last pic in the foreground is my mailbox buried in snow. It'll be April before it's all gone...only then will she hit the streets again.

Here she is nestled back in her storage spot:

Re: T-Shirt Weather!!!

I see pics like that and my immediate and only response is "F that!" I was breaking a sweat wearing t-shirt and shorts while doing some interior work today on my car.

Lol crew! I did the EXACT same thing yesterday! Amazing how it becomes a rolling storage center in the winter, eh?

Yeah, there is no way I'd get my diesel and JD w/the snowthrower on in if I didn't load up all that crap in the back. It's kinda strategic. hand tools and things i think i might need during the winter are packed on the drivers side. The mower deck, garden tools and what not are on the other side.

In the summer I can get both trucks and the JD in there between them up front with nothing in the beds, but it is a game of tetris... I need a bigger garage
