71-72 bucket seats with new PUI Black covers

These are super nice cores with all the original clips for installing the center rods to the back of the seat. This pulls the center down and gives that contoured look.

Seats have little to no surface rust where the tracks bolt to the frames and the tracks are not all pitted.

$850 plus shipping. (Add paypal 1.5%)

Shipping to East coast is probably $100

Depending on my weekend time, I may recover and they will go to $1000.

If someone wanted them without the covers I'd like to be first in line for the covers please. Thanks.

Looks like you got it all sold...we just need to know how much each part is

If you are willing to separate shipping on the covers would be to 23112 or I could set up a pickup using my fedex account...

Re: 71-72 bucket seats with new PUI Black covers

I am not sure how to make this work.

If I can get $850 combined, that would be $600 plus shipping on the seats and $250 plus shipping on the covers.

Shipping would be around $65 to NV on the seats.

Deal has to make sense for all. These are super nice cores and I would rather recover them to make the value higher.

A box will cost $20 plus packing, plus paypal.....

Let me know. To make a better deal on the covers seems it will blow the deal?

Re: 71-72 bucket seats with new PUI Black covers

Throw an offer for the covers and see if the seats are worth the difference to $850?

Re: 71-72 bucket seats with new PUI Black covers

I'd do 200 shipped....since my original post I saw the 20% off coupon posted on the board and I can get covers for 188 plus shipping through Classic industries...

Re: 71-72 bucket seats with new PUI Black covers

VA72C10 the value in the covers to me is to be installed on these extremely nice cores. In this equation, the sum of the parts together are worth more than them seperate.

I would use the coupon and order a set from Classic Industries.

no problem, I completely understand. If you installed them as you mentioned you'd probably be able to get 1000-1100 for those seats. I sold a blue set last year for that on ebay...

Re: 71-72 bucket seats with new PUI Black covers

Mike,

I am sorry I did not get your call yesterday around 4:30 until late last night. I had already had these recovered. If you want them, let me know.

As expected, these turned out nice. When the it in the sun for a couple hours, they settle out and the little imperfections go away.

Hey John, Thanks for the call the other day on the phone, U told me about where I could get Bucket seat tracks for about $80, I can't remember what U said, please could U tell me again? I think I found some utility seats, but they need tracks.

I think GMC Paul's, but I am not sure. Try Wes at Classic Heartbeat pickup parts in Olympia, he will know the source and get them for you. He is a great resource.

Re: 71-72 bucket seats with new PUI Black covers

I talked to him a year or so ago about a Tail Gate for my GMC, he has been so p' whipped by the State patrol, he is terrified to sell anything used for fear of a $25,000 Fine, he has LMC's Catalog memorized and that is about it. New parts only and Seat tracks are not available new. I sent an eMail off to GMC Paul, Thanks for the leads.

Re: 71-72 bucket seats with new PUI Black covers

I am not sure where to get the driver's side, but the stationary passenger side tracks are available from Early classics and have the correct bends in them to match a factory set.
