1984 Chevrolet issues

as my new project truck (84 chev 4x4 shortbox) continues i have run into a couple problems and need some advice and to be steered in the right direction.

-the truck has a 3" body lift and the speedometer doesn't work there is nothing even hooked up is there a company that makes one longer for body lifts and it has the th350 tranny i assume that one isnt hooked up because its not long enough

-my parts truck has power windows and there the doors i want to use because they are like new still, my question is, is it possible to swap out all the guts in the door and put in the manual roll up windows

-is there a company that makes the transfer case shifter or is that a junk yard/ebay item

switching the windows over is ez to do it will all bolt up
