Probably going to get a 67-72
Hey guys
I was on here back in 08 I was thinking about buying a 64? but I didn't get it because it would have been too much hassle. I recently started looking for another truck but in the 67-72 style my dad had several back in the 90's. I'm looking at a 72 right now and am really thinking about getting it. I know most of the common rust cab corners and rockers is there anything else I should look for? It's a 72 Chevy longbed with 350/4spd. I have a couple old cars and truck, I have a 86 Pontiac Fiero SE,86 Buick Grand National and a 93 GMC Typhoon. Korey Last edited by NCTyphoonKid; 02-17-2011 at 07:31 PM. |

Check behind the visors and see if the seam sealer in the rain gutter is cracked up. Check the floor, mostly at the kick panel. Check the cowl in the outer corners. Check up under at the cab mount outriggers. If you can see the bottom of the cab wall see how that looks.
