Re: Tilt front end?

Not the best of photos but it shows how my buddy did his.

I've seen a couple with the bottom rear of the fender cut at a 45 degree angle at the back corner of the wheel arch with a pin to align the fender with the bottom part.

Re: Tilt front end?

I wish mine was done like that, mine they cut up the rad support bolted some angle iron to it, welded some square tube to the frame and put a bolt through it. Everything flips, I cant run a ft bumper cause the bottom of the grill already rubs the ground when tilted. The bottom of the fenders have nothing to locate them. I need to figure something out, driving down the road they just beat the hell outta the bottom of the cab.

Re: Tilt front end?

Im installing the alunum radiator now building supports off the frame so radiator don't move and pivit point will be above frame horns where bumper and grill meet creating lift first then tilt out.
part of the fender will be cut and edges rounded I think what you need is simialer for more head room walking up to tire and viewing.
