Engine brackets

Can anyone be of help I have a 68 K-10 327. I have a stock alternator bracket on the driver side and I want to add power steering do I need to move the alt to the passenger side in order to get the pump mounted on the driver side? Any help would be great!!!

NO the pump hangs on the block itself the alt. uses the exhaust manifold and top bracket off the intake or top bolt of water pump.I have a 327 in my 69 and they r both on the drvs.side

Those driver side ps pump brackets, I believe are available reproduction.
I'm change from SBC to BBC and the Big Blocks mount similar but are different.
I may have my old sbc set-up in the shed....; need to check, as the old becomes the new, if you know what I mean.
