Question 99 Tahoe, 5.7 Not Starting.

Seems to be a pretty common problem, but i'm stuck.

It turns over, but won't start.

New Parts:
Water pump
Lower Intake gasket set
Crank Sensor
Fuel Filter
Starter

Fuel PSI Is 62 when the key is turned and the relay is on and holds at 55 when turned off. PSI Jumps around from 62-68 while cranking.

I did put a lower intake seal kit in, but got the motor started after i was done, after about an hour of the same symptoms that i have now but it just decided to start working right, but then decided to change the starter. I disconnected the battery, changed the starter, hooked the batt back up, and now its not starting.

I have reinstalled the Dist with the correct timing procedure: Hit TDC, align the timing marks on the balancer with the timing cover, line up the dots and paint lines on the dizzy, drop it in and the rotor has hit the "8" stamped into the dizzy.

So i'm getting spark at the plugs at the right time, fuel in at the right PSI, plenty of good cranking power, but still no start.

Any ideas?? This thing is gonna test my patience yet.

Also i'm not showing and RPMs while cranking... is that correct? I assume the RPMs don't show up untill the thing is running, but i could be wrong.

I've heard of the ignition moduel causing a problem too, one symptom being that the Trany shift indicator doesn't light up, but mine does.
