One belt could have been the center belt. It did not have the plastic. On my GMC the plastic piece slides down to cover the chrome. It looks like the chevy actually clips around the bolt. I wonder if there is a difference between the passenger and drivers side plastic? Mine is missing the drivers side:

Hey, no problem. I figured shipping would be $9.92. If you want to buy the seatbelts you can either pay with a money order or paypal. If you use paypal the total would be $40.22 if you want to pay with a money order the total would be $39.92.
