The new guy
Hey guys ,
Lifetime member of all things Chevy and just picked up a 62 Chevy Panel with a 355 and 5spd tranny . I have a 86 Sub 2wd for a donor vehicle. Should I take the 6lug/62 susp. out and swap in the 86 stuff then upgrade? |

Welcome to the forum! It really depends on what you want to do with the truck. An update to disc brakes and power steering will certainly make it more enjoyable to drive in modern traffic. If you choose to go that way the following link may help:
