87 4x4 Axle?
I have an 87 4x4 and I busted the ear end of the front axle where the u joint goes on both the axle and the hub part.. A friend of mine was telling me that there is two different spline axles for my style truck.. I was wondering if someone could help me out on what spline my front axles are in my 87 chevy 4x4 8 lug... 10 bolt 8.5.. Thanks

What axle do you have? Dana40 i think had 28 spline and Dana60 had 32 spline.
