The 4L60E, is the electronic version of the 700R4. The problem is not fit, but how to make it operate correctly.

mine has one its for my 94 not 90
So lets put it this way it wont work but does fit

i have been going threw the same boat as you and ive been told that a 4l60 from the 96-98 years will work with some wiring modifications but if i remember the 95 4l60s wont. but the 93-94 4l60s are the same 95 is different and then the 96-98 are different but can be made to work
