Replacing vent window rubber
Broke my bolt off even after soaking overnight with pb blaster :
 Now all I can think to do to remedy this is tack weld a few spots around it, I got the other side done with no problem. and I got all my door rubber replaced, this is by far the biggest pain in the a## job I have done on this truck yet by far!

IMHO--maybe try welding first. If it works; cool.
