Let me rephrase this a little itll probably go 70 or 80 but i have only gotten it to 55 because it seems like its wound up too high, i dont have a tach yet so i just go by ear and i dont have mobey for a new motor so its a little scary to try and push it

If you have a fixed-blade fan, the roar of all that air being pulled can make it sound like the engine is wound up much tighter than it actually is.

Yes, that makes sense, i wanted to install a tach but i want to keep it stick in appearance and factory tach dashes are hard to find around here, i might break down and get an aftermarket tach i just hate to do it
