You've asked a very hard and vague question without being able to see the truck or pics. But, going of what you've just said, I would say anywhere from $1500-$3000. Be sure to check the rockers and cab corners.

Because of the rust in the drip rail and and window corner, I would expect there to be some rust in the roof itself. I like the fact that it is wood bed and of course short bed. The motor is easy to change so unless it was a BB I wouldn't say that is a positive or negative....with all those things said I personally would pay no more than 1500-1750 for that truck from the details you describe.
