Wow, I wish mine was that clean when I bought it. Price is kinda high, but dealer prices always are on the high side. I say you got a nice deal. Great condition vehicles are hard to find. Mine as garage kept too. However it started showing signs of wear after I got it. I fixed the minor problems. Now I drive it hard and have to beef of putting my foot in it.

as a conditional I would have them do the intake gaskets with the good Fel-Pro ones and flush the coolant/heater core and go with green.
does the 4wd work? if it spent all it's time sitting I fear the encoder motor may be stuck

It looks really clean! I think for where you are, the condition, the mileage and the fact it is from a dealer the price is fair.

Re: going to be picking this up for the wife next week.

Probably didn't come with a warranty either I'd bet. When we recently bought the wife's ZR2 we splurged and bought the 4 year extended warranty. Full coverage. Complete peace of mind. Cost us 2000 grand but could be well worth it. A trans costs more than that to replace.
Look into it. Warranties are available. Cost a few bucks but could be well worth it.
Anywho. Awesome looking clean blazer.
