Ball joint replacement
I'm helping a friend this weekend change ball joint in his 02 1/2 4wd, How do I remove and replace the bottom ones? Are they a press in like the older models?
Looks like the tops just rivet,or bolt in,simple enough.

Re: Ball joint replacement
I've never had to do one, but they both (upper and lower) look like a press fit with a snap ring holding them in place. If you have them done, let us know how it goes.
