Re: my new truck
It looks so nice I would keep it as close to stock as possible - I like that stock look. But I am old so that explains my opinion.

Re: my new truck
Welcome to the forum. I picked up a grandma's truck like that some time back (57k miles). I've been messing it up for months now. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind taking some measurements for me from your un-mollested truck for me. If you could measure from the center of the wheel to the fender well front and back. I lowered mine and I think I went too far. I'm kind of an old kid so I just had to go hog wild lowering it and I didn't take the time to take measurements.
For rour dash someone witll pop up shortly with Stitch's web site. He make some real nice covers for them and door panels too. (Nice stuff) |

Re: my new truck
I'd leave it as is, white bumpers/mirrors and all. It's only stock once, and that's a bad*** looking truck. It's just so cool to think it's totally unchanged from when it rolled off the line in 1980/81.
