Might be wrong but that looks like the bracket that holds the smog pump on...

Looks like a BB A/C bracket for the 73- up trucks.

that is an A/C bracket for a sbc. it bolts onto the water pump

that is 100% a small block AC bracket for short water pump(passanger side) correct for 1964-1968 Cars 283-327 and 1967-1972 Chevy trucks 283,327,350. wont fit a big block.you need about 5 more pieces!
