my new toy

pics of my new 72 jimmy. i picked it up today in baytown texas. all major metal work has been done. all side markers, door handles etc have been shaved. windshield leaned back 3 inches. 22inch boss 304 wheels with 285/35 22 s. good start for my roadster. 57 belaire dash,tilt wheel 350/350. my plans are to finish bodywork and paint burnt orange hot rod flatz and finish putting it together have new grill etc to finish front end.then drive it for a while and staqrt cudtom interior.Name:  72 roadster.jpg

craigslist. but he had no pictures posted and had it listed in parts section. he only listed it for a week. got frustrated because everybody wanted to hear it run. went over to his house and got it started. originally a california truck. he bought it in 05. no rust but 2 quarter size spots on doors. he had over 22k invested.
