HEI hits the freakin trash can!

Not a bad dist, but this one was "baggey" as he!! I have been looking at the MSD ready to run for a while, but the richmond trans spent the "play money " for a while. I pirated the dist from the kids wrecked ranger & dropped it in the 69. that old dist has been in several of my toys, & originally came out of a '64 283. She is a cast iron pc, tight as he!!, & been recurved & running a flyin magnet Pertronix+ coil. Talk about rock steady on the timing on a dist that has easily 150-175 thou on it! That 383 likes it! The dist pulls 24 mechanical, & set @ 10 initial is just about right. The vac can needs a little adjustment yet, but she sounds good. More firewall clearance too. tommoro i am starting on the elect fans....crazyL

I look at myself in the mirror every morning, does that count as scary? I'd trade you my 406/TH350 combo even up, and I'd even let you build em the way you want!!!
