Paid for parts and never received them

I bought some parts from a member "Mt Man Chad" on Feb 9 he sent me a PM saying he had boxed the item and was shipping on Feb 10th, still to this day i have not received anything. I posted on his "parts for sale " thread that i wanted to here from him if he had shipped the item but he never responded. I guess now I'm just looking for some help with this issue, Thanks in advance.

I didn't pm him i only posted on his thread. When i noticed he had been on the forum and hadn't responded to my request thats when i was informed by a moderator to post it here.

Which is exactly what you should do. I did not mean to make it as if you should not. I did PM him and let him know you were concerned, also asked that he post here.

Sometimes notifications get overlooked, which is why I asked about the PM. Its all good I am sure he will respond

I'm currently in New Jersey till next Thursday and might not have the paperwork with me.

hmm, sorry i have nothing to contribute. im just wondering, since its already sent and he will be refunding, what happens if the package arrives? will the buyer keep it and the refund or will it be sent back?

Why is everybody acting like this issue has been resolved? Nothing has been resolved yet, 18 days and counting... Will i keep the refund.. and the package if it arrives? What am i a crook? What do you think should be done? Oh wait its obvious...I send him the money! I know its only 20 dollars but its the principal I would rather have my parts, thats why i bought them. I just don't understand why I'm being made to look like i did something wrong.

Oh, no i could really care less. I wasnt implying anything. Try not to add emotions to text on the internet or you will always misinterpret. I had just wondered, what was gunna happen. Hope it works out for the both of you.(buyer and seller)

I am sure most folks would return the package if it showed up, after a refund was issued.

The deal is not resolved yet, but a solution has been offered. The seller also stated that he is out of town.. I am sure as soon as he is able, he will fix things.If he does not have access to a tracking number or such (being out of town) then it would be hard for him to get the info to you. I am sure it will be resolved asap.. Kiknrocks, I think you need to step back and not let folks get to you like that. No one said you did a thing wrong.. and we are attempting to help you and the seller.

I appreciate you offering a refund and another bracket, it just goes to show there are good people out there, but thats not necessary. Its not so mush the money that i was complaining about ..more the fact that i had not received the part yet. If you sent it then obviously there was a problem with delivery and not anything that you did on your part so theres no need to give me a refund but i appreciate the offer.If you have another bracket you wanna send i will gladly accept it and ill pay the shipping. Thanks
