Nice truck...but, whats with the baby axles? You must have a stockpile of them, on account of how many will be broken. The truck started with a pair of bulletproof axles, why change? Just change over to single wheel, that's all. And you would NEVER have to worry about snapping an axle.

The seat bottom is about 13inches off the floor

UUGGH! I used 1/2 ton axles so I could use some wheels and tires I already had, then I ended up getting a new set of wheels and tires anyway. I am a whole lot smarter now than I was when I started this project, if I had to do it over there would certainly be a couple things I would do differently. Overall I am pretty happy with the truck, and it is gonna get better. Its been a fun project and I have learned a lot, thanks to this

To the OP: Thanks for putting the measurements up on the frame cutting. I was wondering how guys could take 6" off the rear. My 76 has 56" springs, and there is only like 3" after the shackle hanger now. Hopefully before Christmas, I can get mine a roller as a CCSB. I also like your seat brackets. Very nice!
