Re: Another "What's this?" thread
It's a junction block, feeds power to cab and somewhere else, I forget, ran all new power under my hood, but I am still using that block.

Re: Another "What's this?" thread
This part ( The JUNCTION BOX) on my 82, the small pin has a wire that goes to the blower motor. The one that was on there was evidently burnt and ALL the wires were attached on the one pin. I got one off of a junk truck but no power goes through it from the larger pin(The POWER PIN) to the smaller pin ( The Blower Motor Power). The blower motor does not work now. Is this also a fused link for the the power to the blower motor.
I seen in one picture there is a fuseable link that splits from one wire to two. That is where I was getting very confused, That also feeds the power to the gauges so I think I may be ok on that part now. NONE of the wire colors in all the diagrams I have found, match my 82 So this is really killing me. I am shopping wrecking yards to see if I can find and un-molested harness that will match mine

Re: Another "What's this?" thread
Ties all the main power feeds together. Power from the battery (starter terminal), alt., power to the fuse box to power the cab, and one wire to the passenger side to power the blower motor. They should all have fuseable links.

Re: Another "What's this?" thread
Could someone tell me where the vacuum hose goes from the lockup converter switch? PO removed the hose from the switch and i can't find a diagram to know where to reattach to provide vacuum to the switch

Re: Another "What's this?" thread
and it shifts ok? My truck has a 350 turbo now but it came with a 700r4...All of the plugs are there. I wonder how much trouble it would be to put it back?
