Spindles?

What I'm really trying to find out is SPECS on Spindles 67-70 and 71-72?
The basic print with dimention, I've check for bearing there the same for heavy duty brakes? So just would like to know, if you've changed a pair for lowering and disc intrested in differences? If you have taken them off just measure them with mic's and calipers, cause looking into how to get what I want accomplished safe and cheap.

I don't have any stock drum brake spindles to measure. If I did, they would have been thrown away a LONG time ago. My personal opinion is any money invested in front drum brakes is money wasted.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish " safe and cheap"?

Even if the measurements are of ones with disc will use that information, what wanting to do is cross over to disc. Can't afford to right now, even if could will be piecing things together(IE: buying spindles on month then calipers next, tie rods, pads& bearings).

I completely understand your tight budget. Thats exactly why everyone is trying to steer you toward converting to disc even if you don't use a drop spindle now. With a bit of luck and some quality searching you should be able to buy 73-87 parts for the same or less than you will invest in your drum brake rebuild.

We aren't trying to be unkind, but most of us have had this drum brake conversation many times. If your drum brakes need much more than the shoes replaced, your better off investing in an updated system.
