Re: my 1971 longbed project

Thanks for you service to our country! I am a retired Army guy, working in Afghanistan right now. I have served three tours in Iraq, and two in Afghanistan now. Hopefully your tour will be ok and we pray for each of our soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines and Civilians each day that God will keep you save and return you to your families.
Keep us informed here about that good looking truck.. and your plans, like everyone else said, we like a lot of pics

Re: my 1971 longbed project

my truck has a 305 in it, (i kno, i kno) but it runs perfect so im not changin it for now, but the ac compressor is on the opposite side. i was wondering if i can use it on that side and have new ac lines made to reach or if i need to change it back to the original side? i just ordered all new duct work for under the dash and a rebuild kit for my ac controls since one of the arms are broken.

heres a pic of under the hood.... needs a little beautification, i kno!
