Ultimate center seat belt solution

So I started dismantling this truck today and thought you guys might want to copy this solution to the center seat belt problem. Looks like a guaranteed low cost fix. You don't have to thank me now, just let me know if it works for you...

Should work well, just make sure that if whoever is sitting in the center is someone you don't like
