Bent Frame
My frames a little bent up. Truck drove straight, panels looked fairly lined up.
Wasn’t discovered untell I began dismantling. Im thinking I need some frame work done. Front rails inch off...drive line off center...bubble in the frame...lots of shims front alignment... Id appreciate some opinions please |

I had some that were worse, but a trip to the frame shop took care of them. What you have IMHO is easily fixable by a qualified frame shop.

Something isn't quite right. Now is the time to put it on a rack and get some gauges hanging off of it. Then you will know for sure.
Option 2, if it went down the road fine, body panels line up allright and you aren't chewing up tires, you could live with it if you want to save some money.

bring it to me and I can put it on my frame machine. Oops it is a long drive for you, anyone with a rack can take care of that problem. You will need the front and rear suspension on body panels are not important. Jim

driveshafts are rarely perfectly centered from the factory . more noticable especialy if it is lowered with out an adjustable panhard bar or sagging old springs

This was during the 90's and the early 2k's, but the range was $250 - $500. All the frames were picked up by the shop and delivered when completed. All of them were bare frames. I always went to bare frame for my restos and had to always get the frames checked before I could bring myself to start building up a truck. The shops always told me that rollers were OK, because they could also check for bent a-arms, trailing arms, and front crossmembers etc.
