Question Should I switch accessories on my motor

I'm looking for some advice. On my 68 I want to add power steering. It has a 283 in it. I've got an 84 C20 parts truck with a 350 in it.

From what I've read I have to buy the pitman arm right?

Here's the real question. It seems to be expensive or difficult to find the mounting brackets / pulleys required to mount the pump on the short water neck. Since I have a serpentine system with a long water pump for free on the 84 should I try swapping everything or am I going the wrong route here?

Thanks in advanced

Re: Should I switch accessories on my motor

Do any of the accessories bolt to the front of the heads on the 84?
Do the heads on the 283 have holes? I'm just thinking that in 68 there were no threaded holes in the heads...
