Need auto shift linkage!!!
Im doing a manual to auto swap but the donor is missingthe linkage.. can i make something to work,, where can i find the linkage? any ideas?

Have you looked in the parts forum? A lot of people are dismantling trucks and putting the parts up for sale there... LockDoc

I made some for different years of auto linkage and now I have to use my e brake because it tore up my park ring in my tranny. Best thing is to find a complete set for your truck from another 67-72.

I'm in the process of collecting all the parts to do the same swap myself. I've read on here somewhere that Lokar and Kugel Komponents make a linkage kit. Not sure on the price of the Lokar kit, but the last time I checked the Kugel kit was around $45. Just an idea, incase you don't wanna go with the stock setup.

I used the Kugel Kompnents kit on my 72' for the 700R4 and it works great, I havent taken the time to adjust it properly yet... the pointer still doesnt indicate the correct gear(s) other than Park and Neutral, but its probably just due my laziness.

I have the Lokar kit on mine, and it works real good with my 700R4 as well. Its nice and shiny too

early classic has the kugel ones and they worked perfect for my 400 turbo
