VIN # match
Does anyone know if / or where the vin would be on the frame. I am beginning to think someone had changed the cab on my 82.
Vin on dash says was a diesel truck, however the gauge cluster has no mention of diesel fuel only or gauges that a diesel might use. Also being originally a 4x4. The hump has the added on large hump ( Not done correctly ) and the hole that was cut out in the original floor was not cut enough for the shifter to fully engage the 4x4. I need to find out if or what has been changed on this truck. The P.O. did a poor job of fixing it up ( NOT RESTORED )

Re: VIN # match
Passenger side of frame on the top of it, under the cab. Almost impossible to find/see with the cab on it.
