It takes about an hour to prep it, weld it up, machine it to the right shape then re-thread the hole so figure $50 to $80 labor & materials depending upon how much of the boss is damaged and needs repaired. Yours doesn't look too bad so I would say $50 to $60.

It will look good when done just not like it was unrepaired. The repaired area will be smooth and not sand cast finish. You can rough it up a bit but I haven't been able to make it look exactly like the sand cast finish.
