the upper a arms, & the crossmember will work. You need to swap the lower a arms(due to ball joint sizing), then swap all the ball joints to go 1/2 ton(5 lug)+ tierod assys(inners, outers, & sleeves). The center link may or may not work......just watch the taper on the holes when you install the tierods. as a rule, 71 on is a go on the center link. Also, you can use 73 up spindles......just use the corresponding ball joints, & outer tierod ends.( the upper ball joint, & outer tierod ends have a different taper on the 73 up 1/2 tons) Good luck,crazyL
